When a Shopify store does not do its job

It looks like every other store.
A stock theme with your logo on it does not show shoppers why your products are different.

Changing it feels risky.
Old product addresses, reviews, apps and tracking all depend on the current theme, and a careless change breaks them.

Your team cannot edit it.
Every small change waits for a developer.
Built for owners who want a store that is theirs
New stores and stores already trading. One person or a small team who will run the shop day to day.

The right amount of custom work
We decide the route after reviewing your products, how you operate, your apps and the editing your team needs.

A new store. Collections, product details, navigation and delivery information, planned before design.

A customised existing theme. Can suit a straightforward range, and keeps the project small.

A custom theme. Designed and coded around requirements an existing theme cannot meet well.

A redesign. Changes the experience while your current store keeps trading.
It starts with a short form about your business.

What you receive
- Platform advice with the trade-offs in writing
- Theme code, sections your team can edit, and an app list
- Designed collections, product pages, cart and checkout
- Redirects, so old product addresses lead to the new pages
Tested before launch. We place test orders through to payment and the confirmation email. Moving a store? We first list its pages, apps, reviews and tracking, then check every old product address reaches its new page.
A store that keeps trading while we change it

Take stock. We list your templates, apps, review displays, tracking and important addresses.
Prepare and check. The new theme is prepared and checked before you publish it.
Review. You review store content, app connections, addresses and redirects.
Publish. It goes live when you say it is ready.
Search visibility can move after any change, so we never sell a move as loss-free.
Moving to Shopify from Wix, WooCommerce or Squarespace without losing search traffic
You own your store, and you can leave with all of it
Nothing is held back. Your domain, your accounts, every file and every login are yours.

- Domain.
- Registered in your name.
- Shopify account.
- The owner account stays yours. We work in it as collaborators, with access granted and removable.
- Handover.
- Every file and login is handed to you at launch, with theme code, editable sections, app list and redirect records.
- Leaving.
- You can leave at any time and take everything with you.
Agreed before work starts
- Your quote and scope. Built from the pages, products, features, apps and launch work your project needs. You agree the scope in writing first. Work starts only after that. You can start small and add to the store later.
- Two rounds of design changes. Any further round is agreed with you, in writing, before the work starts.
- Your content, yours to edit. You change sections, text, images and products in your Shopify admin.
- Care after launch, only if you want it. Updates, backups, security and renewals are not included unless we agree them.
Never promised: rankings, traffic or sales figures, or a date for results.
Shopify plan, theme, app and payment provider terms stay with each company, and we list each one in your scope.
Four steps, each one approved by you
| Step | What happens | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| 01 Understand | We talk about your products, your customers and what the store must achieve. | Your scope and quote |
| 02 Plan | We choose the route and decide the pages and what each must answer. You review before design starts. | A store plan and a brief for each page type |
| 03 Design and build | You review the design and send products, facts and images. Then we build. | A design proposal, then the built store, ready to review |
| 04 Launch and hand over | We run the launch checks and publish once you approve the launch. | The live store, admin access and documentation |
Before you approve launch, we check phone layouts, loading speed, keyboard use and readable text (against the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard), test orders, redirects, and search basics.
