Project agreements
Every quote is tailored to your project. Your scope is agreed in writing before any work starts. Two rounds of design changes are included before the build, and any further round is agreed with you, in writing, before the work starts.
At launch, we hand over the finished website, Content Management System (CMS) access and documentation. Your domain, your accounts, every file and every login are yours. Your scope lists every file, login and account handed to you. Third-party licences and subscriptions keep their own terms.
Care after launch is only if you want it. Updates, backups, security and renewals are not included unless we agree them in writing.
