Website maintenance services, agreed in writing
Who looks after your website once it is live? If you want us to, we write down each job and who does it. If you do not, you own everything and can look after it yourself.

Tell us about your project, and we reply with next steps. No cost, no obligation.
Care is not part of a build unless we agree it
Updates, backups, security and renewals are not included in your website quote. If you want us to handle them, we agree what is covered first.
Six jobs we can take on after launch, each with a named owner
Software updates. Applied, with the pages and forms that matter checked afterwards.
Backups. Kept and tested by restoring them, where we have agreed to handle them.
Security checks. Watching for problems and fixing what we find.
Renewals. Your domain and your security certificate, so nothing lapses.
Forms, bookings and checkout. Checked, so a form that quietly stops sending is caught.
Content. Kept true: opening hours, details and policies.
You choose which jobs we take on. Your scope says which jobs are covered and who does each one.
It starts with a short form about your business.
You can look after it yourself, or leave at any time
Your domain, your accounts, every file and every login are yours. Hosting and Shopify accounts are in your name, and we work in them as collaborators. You change text and images in your Content Management System (CMS). You can end care and take everything with you.
Agreed before care starts: what is covered, who does each job, and your quote, built from what your site needs.

Questions owners ask about care
What does website care cover?
Only what we agree in writing: any of software updates, tested backups, security checks, renewals, form and checkout checks, and keeping content true. Each job has a named owner. What website maintenance includes
Is care included when you build my site?
No. Care after launch is not included unless we agree it, and your quote says so.
I use Shopify. Do I still need care?
The platform updates its core software, but your apps, your content, your domain and your forms are still yours to look after. We write down who does each one.
Do you promise my site will never go down or be hacked?
No. No one can promise that. We write down what is checked and by whom.
Can I look after the site myself?
Yes. You own everything and you manage text and images in your Content Management System (CMS).
