Studio Swing publishes this comparison and sells SEO services. We describe our offer first to make that interest clear. The order is not a ranking. We reviewed providers' own service pages. We have not commissioned them, verified their client results or established which team is available for your project.

An SEO proposal might buy a plan, an audit, writing, technical repairs or continuing analysis. Those are different responsibilities. Before choosing an agency, decide which work you need someone to deliver and which work your own team can carry out.

This shortlist compares Studio Swing, iPullRank, Orainti and Seer Interactive. It is intended for business owners and teams choosing help with a website's search presence. It includes an advisory consultancy and broader agency programs so you can compare the delivery model as well as the name.

Which provider fits the work you need?

ProviderA reason to consider itResolve in the proposal
Studio SwingSearch research, page planning and briefs, with technical fixes defined in the scopeWhich fixes and writing are included, and what continues afterwards
iPullRankA technically complex site needing prioritized analysis and specificationsWhich recommendations its team implements and which need your developers
OraintiAn internal team needing senior direction, including international searchWho carries out changes and how advice and validation are scheduled
Seer InteractiveA broader search program involving content, technical work and measurementExact deliverables, implementation owners and the reporting scope

These are reasons to request a relevant proposal. Public service descriptions do not establish price, availability or delivery quality for your project. We found no comparable project fee in the service pages reviewed, and have not inferred minimum budgets.

Studio Swing: search planning with a defined implementation scope

Our SEO service can stand alone or be part of a website project. We research what customers search for, plan where their questions are answered, write a brief for each planned page and list technical problems in order of importance. Your written scope states which fixes we make.

Before launch, our offer includes checking titles, descriptions, the sitemap and redirects. If you serve customers nearby, we also offer limited Google Business Profile setup or improvement. Recurring work is agreed separately before it starts.

You receive a scope and quote before work begins. Our ownership commitment keeps your domain and accounts in your name and provides your files and logins at handover, subject to third-party terms. We do not promise rankings, traffic or sales.

Our original concepts illustrate design thinking. They are not client projects or proof of search growth. Ask for an example of the research, brief or technical issue list relevant to your scope rather than treating a visual concept as SEO evidence.

Consider us when: you want the search plan connected to the decisions about your website's pages and scoped repairs.

Ask us: what will you research, write, implement and verify, and what will we need to do ourselves?

iPullRank: technical analysis for complex websites

iPullRank's technical SEO service describes a site audit with prioritized recommendations, technical specifications and a backlink review. It accompanies deliverables with a presentation walkthrough. iPullRank technical SEO.

This is a relevant offer when a team needs to understand technical problems and turn them into development work. The distinction between a specification and an implemented repair matters. Ask the agency to name who changes templates, content and code, and who checks the result.

Consider iPullRank when: the website's technical complexity makes a detailed audit and implementation specifications valuable.

Ask iPullRank: which changes will your team ship, which require ours, and what evidence will show that each important issue is resolved?

Orainti: search advice alongside your existing team

Orainti describes SEO and AI-search consulting, including prioritized audits, international strategy, ecommerce and SaaS work, migration advice, training and ongoing validation. Its delivery model emphasizes working alongside the client's teams. Orainti services.

That makes it a candidate when content and engineering capacity already exist, but prioritization and specialist advice are missing. We have not established direct website implementation from the reviewed page. Buyers without an implementation team should settle that responsibility before commissioning advice.

Consider Orainti when: you need senior search direction, particularly for international or organizational complexity, and have people able to act on it.

Ask Orainti: how will you work with our team, what will you deliver, and who owns implementation and validation?

Seer Interactive: a broader search program

Seer's SEO service lists keyword research, content strategy roadmaps, competitor analysis, migration support, technical SEO, local strategy and off-site work. Its page also describes reporting against agreed business measures. Seer SEO services.

That breadth makes it worth considering where search changes involve several teams or several kinds of work. It does not mean every item is included in one engagement. A proposal should identify the work products, the people responsible for execution and the decisions the reporting will support.

Consider Seer when: you want a coordinated search program that spans content, technical decisions and measurement.

Ask Seer: what happens in the first phase, which deliverables and implementation are included, and what would justify continuing or changing the plan?

Apply the shortlist to a fictional manufacturer

Consider a fictional manufacturer of industrial ventilation equipment. Its website has product-family pages, technical downloads and an enquiry form. It sells through a sales team. Engineers can check specifications, but nobody has time to plan better pages. The website developer is available for a defined set of changes.

This is an illustration, not a client engagement or a set of proposals received from these providers.

Need in the fictional briefResponsibility to settle
Buyers search using model codes and specificationsWho researches the language and decides where those needs are answered?
Useful information exists mainly in downloadsWho selects and writes the information that belongs on web pages? Who verifies accuracy?
Product navigation produces many addressesWho diagnoses the issue, changes the implementation and checks the result?
The sales team wants useful enquiriesWhat counts as an accepted enquiry, and what stays in the sales team's own records?
The developer has limited timeWhich issues come first, and how detailed will implementation instructions be?

For this brief, iPullRank's technical documents deserve examination if the catalog architecture is the main problem. Orainti's advisory model becomes relevant if the manufacturer can assign its own staff to implementation. Seer's broader program is worth comparing if content and continuing measurement need substantial coordination. Studio Swing is a candidate if the buyer wants page planning and defined repairs connected within one website scope.

The developer's availability changes the buying decision. An excellent recommendations document can still leave a project stalled if nobody has agreed to implement it.

Ask for evidence of work and a useful first phase

A useful proposal identifies the pages or problems it will examine, the work it will deliver and the decisions that follow. Ask to see a permitted example of a brief, issue register or implementation specification. Ask how changes are recorded and checked. Provider-published outcomes can prompt questions, but they do not establish what another business should expect.

Google's advice on hiring an SEO recommends asking about previous work, expected results, reporting and proposed changes. It also advises read-only Search Console access at the audit stage. Keep access appropriate to the work agreed, with accounts under your control.

Separate a one-off audit from writing, repairs and continuing work. If a proposal includes a retainer, ask what is reviewed, what can change each month and what would cause the priorities to change. A recurring dashboard and a recurring improvement program are different purchases.

For the questions about providers, use our SEO-company hiring guide. For expectations about timing, read how long SEO takes. If the main concern is a new website, new-site SEO planning explains the decisions to make before design.

Make your next enquiry specific

Send each candidate the same starting brief: your website, the customers you need to reach, the services or products that matter, what is going wrong and the people available to implement changes. Include the work you want someone else to own. You do not need to diagnose every problem before asking for help.

If our planning and scoped implementation fit your needs, tell us about the website you have or the one you are preparing. We will agree what we research, plan and fix before work starts.

Discuss your project.
