Route 08 / First-timer questions

AskBeforeYou come.

Do I need experience?

No. Your first visit includes a short intro to the walls and how to climb and land safely.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in. Full-length trousers are best.

Do I need my own shoes or chalk?

No. Hire both at the desk, or bring your own.

Is it too hard for a beginner?

Every problem has a grade colour. White is the first touch. Move up when you are ready.

Can children climb?

Yes. Kids Climb Club runs on Sundays, and children climb with a responsible adult.

How do I book?
